With regards to the agreement you are signing up to below, if the organisation you are the direct employee of and acting on behalf of resides within the United States of America or Canada, you are agreeing to the first section of this agreement “ContractExpress Privacy Policy for US Companies” and to be bound by its terms. If the organisation you are the direct employee of and acting on behalf resides without the US you are agreeing to the second section of this agreement “ContractExpress Privacy Policy for non-US Companies” and to be bound by its terms.
